Leveraging its deep experience, long-standing relationships and extensive networks, the Family office it invests extensively in markets it knows. It is open to controlling and minority investments, where there are opportunities to generate and add value.
We take a “partnership” approach to investing and seek to support entrepreneurial management teams to consolidate or achieve industry-leading positions for their businesses. Our primary objective is to achieve long-term capital appreciation by developing a diversified portfolio of investments in our key geographic markets.
Management of Active
The investment structure that manages San José Capital's capital encompasses a variety of financial opportunities. The objective is to optimize invested capital at rates strategically established in the economy real and in the financial markets, in the market envisioning the risks inherent to each asset. Investments are made in different classes of assets, through different vehicles, with management of risk and liquidity levels. Our investment plan is periodically reviewed and reconciles policies to the target levels of return and risk assumed.
